ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY English
1. Minimize the project's total energy consumption.
2. Minimize the number of journeys by using co-transport, travel by public transport and by train.
3. The food served during the Lava Project will be sustainably produced and, to the extent possible, organic and locally produced.
4. Minimize unnecessary use of paper before and during the fair by encouraging exhibitors to digitize all their company information and use QR codes or the like.
5. Minimize the use of disposable products and other products with a short life cycle. Lava encourages exhibitors to minimize their use of these products during the fair day.
6. Minimize environmentally hazardous substances, emissions of chemicals and choose eco-labeled alternatives as far as possible.
7. Maintain high environmental requirements for the project's partners and suppliers and, as far as possible, use environmentally conscious printing companies and transport companies.
8. Lava chooses to use environmentally friendly products made from materials that can be recycled and / or created from recycled materials.
9. Lava recycles and sorts its waste.
10. After the fair, the results of the project's environmental work are compiled and evaluated, in order to enable development within the environmental work for next year's Lava.
11. Lava is clear about its environmental work and the importance of this work. This must be communicated to those involved in the project, exhibitors, partners and visitors to the fair
